Parsons Middle School will be hosting their annual Sports Physical Outreach at the Middle School on May 1st for all student athletes that complete and return the Sports Physical Consent packet by April 23rd. There is no out-of-pocket cost for these physicals. Blank physical packets are available in the Health office, and main office.

The butterflies are hatching!

Job Shadowing assignments and permission slips are due to Mrs. Shaffer before the end of the day tomorrow, April 19th, at 3:20pm. Students will be allowed one full day out of school to shadow someone in a field that interests them. The date for job shadowing is Friday, April 26th and must take place on this day. Experiencing the day to day responsibilities associated with employment, will help students gain a realistic understanding of being employed. Also, this can be helpful to either confirm the student should continue pursuing that field or formulate a new plan.

The 2024-25 school year physicals are available in the Health Office at school. These must be signed by parents/guardians and returned to the office before April 23rd, in order to participate in the physicals at school the first week of May for no 'out of pocket' cost. Physicals must be completed AFTER May 1st in order to be eligible for activities next school year.

PMS Leadership students had the pleasure to visit with Brett Giefer at Tank Connection regarding their school sign fundraiser. Mr. Giefer also gave them a tour of the facility!

After reading about Capture the Flag in Percy Jackson, 6th graders strategized with their groups and played the game themselves!

Sparkwheel and Parsons MS Administration are inviting next school year's incoming 6th graders (Class of 2031) and their families to the MS on May 7th beginning at 5:30pm. Dinner will be available in the cafeteria, then a presentation 'Survival Guide to MS' in the auditorium at 6pm.
