Every year the MS staff has the difficult decision in voting for one eighth grade girl and one eighth grade boy for the KSHSAA Citizenship Award. The qualifications for the award are: Respect, Responsibility, Reverence. Congratulations to Jamicha Reece and Graysen Stenstrom!

Eighth grade promotion practice. Promotion is a 6:00 PM tonight in the Parsons Middle School auditorium.
The 8th Grade Awards assembly was held this morning. Promotion is at 6:00PM tonight.
Summer Tennis information. June 5-29, 10-11:30am, Monday- Thursdays, and just $25.
8th Grade Awards Assembly is planned to start tomorrow morning in the auditorium at 8:15am. Afterward, students head to Forest Park and the Bowling Alley for Action 8. Finally 8th Grade Promotion is planned to begin at 6pm in the MS auditorium, doors open at 5:40pm.
Mrs Fab's 6th grade art students engineered buildings from cardboard and elmers glue. They went against each other today to see who's structure could hold the most books. the winning group was Brogan Adams, and Braylee Kendricks. theirs held 28 book weighing 68lbs.
Mrs Helton's class had a very special craft this week making Mother's Day gifts! Happy Mother's Day to all!
