Mr. Hutley's 8th grade science class hole punched colored paper to represent different atoms and then made models to represent how these atoms bond together.

Volleyball fun to start the school year in PE! 6th graders are making up their own variations to be active- table volleyball and four square is what they've come up with so far!

Volleyball welcomed Chanute for their home opener and put together a great night on the court! 7A and 8B both picked up their FIRST WINS of the season! Great effort, energy, and teamwork from all of our Lady Vikes. Way to compete! Go Vikes!

Leadership students did a gallery walk looking at leaders of history, using information to create their own leadership portfolios

Mr. Campmier's 6th grade science class ended by helping real scientists collect data on galaxies. This was completed through a citizen science website where scientists post their data and pictures and allow citizens to help them collect and classify.

6th graders in ELA love having guest readers in our class! Thank you to Mrs. Nolting, Mrs. Barcus, and Mrs. Smith for taking the time out of your busy day to read with us!

Lady Vikes kicked off their volleyball season tonight in Pittsburg, taking on Pittsburg and Fort Scott! The girls battled hard, competed well, and showed plenty of fight to start the season! Go Vikes!
