Several students have completed all the topics within a subject area in Study Island which earned them a MacDonald’s meal!
Mr. Holmes made a chocolate cake for his reading interventions group to enjoy while reading the chapter, “Bruce Bogtrotter and the Cake,” from the book, Matilda. In the book, Bruce is forced to eat a massive chocolate cake in front of the whole school after he is caught stealing a piece of the Trunchbull’s personal cake!
Danarious and Cooper in Miss Jones’ class earned Happy Meals for completing a Study Island subject.
After learning about the water cycle, students in Mrs. Brimm’s class did an experiment to see if they could “make it rain”. We have some great little scientist!
