Parent teacher conferences begin one week from today for our elementary schools- what a wonderful time to spoil your child’s teacher! Lincoln, Garfield, & Guthridge are looking for drink donations to fill the fridges in the teachers lounge.
Ideas include:
- Gatorade, coffee drinks, bottled water, and soda
You can drop off your donation with the building secretary at your earliest convenience or bring it to your parent teacher conferences on October 25th or 27th.

Mr. Holmes’ and Mrs. Gordon’s students learned about moon phases Friday afternoon. First, we simulated how the moon appears as it rotates around Earth using a flashlight as the sun and a ping-pong ball as the moon. Next, we used Oreos to make our own moon phases.
This month our students and staff are taking on the Kindness Challenge!
Every day, during our "Good Morning Guthridge Assembly", we will be given a challenge. Tomorrow's Challenge is "Tell someone in your house how much you appreciate them.

Students in Mrs. Brimm’s class today finished up their egg experiment. We learned about chemical reactions and we turned our egg rubbery to where we could see through it and make it bounce. Students had a blast testing out their predictions!
