Today's animal of the day is a zebra! We enjoyed zebra cakes and designed our own zebra.

After reading chapter 13 of Harry Potter, Mr. Holmes' treated his students to homemade chocolate frogs.

Miss Jones' scientist had a great time visiting Greenbush today!
After learning about volume of composite figures, Mrs. Brimm's class created an animal out of boxes. They had to find the overall volume of their animal. Love how the Volume Zoo turned out!
For chapter 10 of Harry Potter, Mr. Holmes' students had fun with "exploding wizard crackers" (party poppers), and they also drew their reflections, including their own desires, inspired by the "Mirror of Erised" that Harry looked at in the book!
Mrs. Good's class had a blast at Greenbush. We looked at the different parts of a plant under a microscope, and dissected frogs. 🐸🌸
Today we picked our favorite room in Wonka's factory. Some of our favorites were The Chocolate Room, The Inventing Room, Lickable Wallpaper, and Fizzy Lifting Drinks.
Miss Jones' & Ms.Stover's class had a special guest come to build May Day baskets with their class. After making our baskets, we delivered them to homes surrounding Guthridge. Happy May Day!
