While learning about food chains in science in Mrs. Brimm's class, students played a card game to see who could create the longest food chain. They enjoyed learning about different preys and predators and even discussing the ones that they see in their own yards!








We made butterflies for spring.



We've been working on adjectives and poetry in 5th grade. We finished up the week with some games to practice our skills.





Ms. Boss (beloved substitute teacher) surprised Mr. Holmes' class and Mrs. Gordon's class with a visit and gifts. Thank you, thank you!



Mrs. Piva came in to Mr. Holmes' class and Mrs. Gordon's class after our water cycle unit to show us how to create our own clouds in a bottle. Thank you, Mrs. Piva!

Students in Mrs. Good's class were the teacher today!! They did an excellent job teaching their classmates how to add mixed numbers!



Our Scholastic Book Fair is set up and will be open today through March 5. We have wonderful books and posters for sale!




Congratulations to Geraldo and Donovan for winning our weekly perfect attendance cash! Our 5 grade earned an extra 5 minutes of recess with 74% perfect attendance for the week!
